1） 超級馬達方式：采用超級馬達直接傳動，可實現織機的啟動、制動、慢速動作、尋緯等動作，根據實際負載輸出力距大小，達到節能減排的目的。

The rapier tape made by high intensity carbon fibrous material is equipped with the “supporting spring” suspension guide hook, which can avoid touch between the tape and yarn.

雙側共軛凸輪驅動，改進優化的高速凸輪曲線，增加筘座停頓時間，減小筘座動程，有利于織造高精密織物和減少經紗斷頭。整體式凸輪，精度高、強度大、筘座抗扭強度高，中間支座使鋼筘的直線度更好，高速織造時能進行強有力的穩定打緯。

采用專用大功率伺服電機驅動空間連桿控制鋼筘精確定位，實現毛巾織機所特有的長打緯、短打緯，實現筘動起毛。并配以其電氣控制裝置，可實現3～7緯任意切換，同時毛圈高度（0~12mm）可自由設定，以織造波浪毛、浮雕毛等高檔毛圈組織。
